Glutino Multigrain Crackers
Before I was told I had Celiac, I couldn't keep my weight up. Now that I'm absorbing nutrients, I have gained more weight than I care for. It was eating so much potato and rice products. So now I am trying to find product with multigrain in it. I have maintained my weight now and feel even healthier. You will love Glutino's Gluten Free Muligrain crackers.

Kind B'fast/snack bars
I discovered these wonderful Gluten Free bars while at Starbucks. Now I can find them at grocery stores. All the flavors are good but Blueberry Vanilla is my favorite. Let me know what you think!
But I just went on line and ordered a case.

Hot Dog!
I am just now getting around to trying a hot dog with a g-free bun. It's been at least 7 years that I have had a yummy hot dog. All beaf of course! Untill Udi's, there was never a good tasting bun. I think I have eaten a hot dog every day for lunch for a week! I have to get a grip! But seriously Udi's has made eating so much more enjoyable. I keep them in the freezer and pull one out when I need it. Microwave to defrost about 1 and 1/2 minutes and load it up! Oh my goodness....life is good.

The Old Spaghetti Factory
I sat down with Steve Simmons, Kitchen Manager/Chef at Nashville Spaghetti factory to discuss their gluten free menu. They have really expanded since I have last eaten there.
It took them three trys to find a g-free pasta that every one liked but they feel they have it now.
The company makes sure each restuarant has a designated area to prepare and cook their g-free meals. A flag will be on the food to let the server know this is a g-free meal and there won't be any confusion at your table.
He said to be watching, he has come up with a specail soup for lunch each day and it will be g-free as well. Steve said on any given Saturday night, he will have 2% of their guest ask for gluten free meals.
