Had a great gluten free meal at Urban Flats in the Gulch this week. The waiter was very familiar with Celiac and needs of a gluten free meal.
He guided me to several things but what I picked was Urban Baked Chicken with fresh seasonal vegetables and mashed red potatoes. It was incredible. I loved how they grilled the vegetables. $11
