GLUTEN FREE MENU
Pei Wei has a nice gluten free menu to choose from. You can go on line to view it.
Last night I ordered the Fried Rice and asked for no soy sauce. This is not on the g-free menu but I spoke to one of the cooks and he had no problem doing it. He also confirmed there wasn't anyhting else in the dish that had gluten in it.
It was very good. I had a soy sauce travel packet in my purse that I used to spice it up.
